Beyond Survival 3 – Evolution, New Organisms

A vision is no use if it cannot be translated into a practical plan, including all the business elements of income generation and investment. New strategies will require new leaders and perhaps new structures. With so much uncertainty in the current times it feels like driving in fog! But this does not mean we cannot plan – in fact without a core strategy and scenario planning (“what if” plans?) we are sure to end up in the ditch!

The third efesai seminar focuses on strategic business planning, scenario planning, legal structures, collaborations, and leadership.
