David Dixon started his first consultancy business in the UK in 1993 and has since lived, worked and created related businesses in Spain, the US and the Netherlands. A life-long commitment to culture and socially-motivated organisations has informed his work and life.

Dixon & De Jaeger BV, came to existence as an efesai spin off, recruiting high-level staff and board members internationally for mission-driven businesses, cultural organisations and non-profits. We still have close ties with Dixon & De Jaeger BV, similar to other partners, to serve our clients.
